As the winter chill settles in, Aurora is about to transform into a dazzling wonderland of lights and holiday cheer. At Next Door Realty, we're thrilled to announce the return of the Aurora Holiday Lighting Contest for 2024! This beloved community event is set to ignite the holiday spirit and showcase the creativity of our wonderful residents and businesses.
Contest Details
The Aurora Holiday Lighting Contest is a fantastic opportunity for our community to come together and celebrate the season in style. Here's what you need to know:
Eligibility: Open to residents and businesses within Aurora city limits or those receiving a City of Aurora bill.
Entry Period: Submit your applications between November 17th and December 13th, 2024.
Judging: Takes place from December 16th to 21st, 2024.
Display Times: Lights must be on from 4:30 PM to 10:00 PM during the judging period.
Cost: FREE to enter!
How to Participate
Pick up an application at Next Door Realty office.
Fill out the form with your name, address, phone number, and email.
Submit your completed entry to Norma Jean at Next Door Realty by December 13th.
Prizes
Get ready to compete for some amazing cash prizes:
1st Place: $500
2nd Place: $400
3rd Place: $300
4th Place: $200
5th Place: $100
Note: First, second, and third place prizes are reserved for those who haven't won in the last three years, ensuring everyone has a fair chance at the top spots!
Community Involvement

All contest addresses will be made public, allowing everyone to enjoy a festive drive around Aurora to admire the stunning displays.
